We farm according to organic principles, feeding the soil with compost, manure and green manure instead of feeding the plants with chemical fertilizers. We have a market stand open by the ferry most Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. We also offer a "Virtual Market Stand" - order your products online and we will have them ready for you at the market on the day of your choice. Picked fresh that morning with your individual requests in mind!
